Luntha Mining & Engineering (Pty) Ltd, a mining , mining  projects and services, construction and supplies company is a wholly Black owned company. The company intends to dilute to include 10% equity for the workers. The company is committed to source skills from the local community especially the youth to curb unemployment, substance abuse and disruptions to local businesses which are caused by the unrests, demonstrations and blockages.

In order to empower more previously disadvantaged people without compromising quality service, a concept of starting Luntha Mining & Engineering (Pty) Ltd was conceived and found as a better option.

Luntha Mining & Engineering (Pty) Ltd is led by Mr. Nthako Sekhokho. He has to his credit 26 years’ experience as a Mining Engineer on junior, senior, and executive levels in production, technical services, contract management, and mine management. He is a member of South African Colliery Manager’s Association (SACMA) and also a Registered Professional Engineer with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).Luntha Mining & Engineering is CIDB accredited for General Building, Civil Engineering, Building Excavations, Shaft Sinking, Lateral Earth Support ,and Demolition and Blasting.
